BEIJING, November 2025 – Ms Angelene Huang, President of Springfield Commonwealth Academy (SCA), successfully concluded a high-profile visit to China, strengthening the institution's international profile. The trip showcased SCA’s unique educational model to a national audience.
The visit featured an exclusive CCTV interview, highlighting the Angelene Huang’s passion of education and also SCA Academy’s success in fostering a vibrant ecosystem where rigorous academics, finance , arts, and innovation thrive. After that , Angelene Huang was invited to a few cities to visit and share the education innovations with the local major international schools. On Nov 7, Angelene Huang delivered a keynote address at the 6th Summit Forum of the international education conference in Wuhan Citiy. She was presenting Springfield’s more than 100 years old history of oversea education with Qing dynasty back to 1840s. And also sharing SCA’s innovations framework for nurturing globally competent, future-ready leaders to an audience of more than 1000 principals, educators and policymakers.
“Our engagement in China was exceptionally productive,” stated Ms Angelene Huang. “We have built a foundational understanding with key institutions, and we are confident this will lead to meaningful student exchanges, faculty collaborations, and shared academic projects.” Back to 1840s, the first group of young students from China landed Springfield , MA and started the history of China ‘s international education. Now , Ms Angelene Huang would like to extend or strengthen the history of education and culture exchange.
The mission successfully positioned Springfield Commonwealth Academy as a dynamic force in global education, generating new partnerships and paving the way for deepened cross-cultural exchange and mutual growth.
